An independent bottling of Islay whisky, Bunnahabhain, by Douglas Laing. This Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 1978 and matured in oak casks for 30 years before being bottled in 2009. At 50% you could certainly add a drop or two of decent water to this whisky to enhance the texture and open up the spirit.
