Tomintoul is a Scotch Whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. The distillery is located near the town of Ballindalloch, Banffshire. Tomintoul was originally founded by Tomintoul Distillery Ltd in 1964. The distillery's water source is The Ballantruan Spring. It now runs at a capacity of 3,300,000 litres per year under the watch of current owners Angus Dundee Distillers.
Independent bottlings of Tomintoul are sometimes available through Adelphi, Cadenhead's, Signatory and others.
